The FIRST event to be held at The Forum since the easing of lockdown.

To accompany an exhibition of artwork at Norfolk Makers Festival 2021, made by the Artpocket Collective during Lockdown, there will also be a great selection of online workshops in drawing, textiles, printmaking, photography and art appreciation – early booking is advisable as numbers are limited on all sessions.

Enjoy a colourful and inspiring FREE exhibition of work created during lockdown by local makers and craftspeople, including displays of weaving, glass modelling, knitting, dyeing, painting, embroidery, craftwork and much more.

Flat to Form: Miniature Sculpture

Pocket book – Journey

This is an ideal way to make use of your collections of papers, postcards, newspaper clippings, photographs, etc. You will be shown how to make a pocket book form and look at different ways to create a personal document based on a journey. This is a great workshop for those that like to collage, collate and explore narratives.

Block Print

Create your own blocks through a number of materials and processes to produce personal designs, motifs and imagery. You will be introduced to various ways to make blocks and different methods for creating an image. You will be encouraged to combine methods to produce a range of imagery that can be used for different purposes such as personalised stationery, decoration or illustration. Suitable for all.
