After being closed since March 2020 the restaurant located in Cinema City will finally re-open on Tuesday 27th July.
We think this is awesome news!
Marketing Manager Jenny Allison said “The long period of closure (the longest since The Dining Rooms opened back in 2007) has given us time to take stock and really think about all aspects of the business. The changes that have been put in place are really positive and will hopefully encourage more people to eat with us”.
The changes include a NEW name. It will no longer be called The Dining Rooms and will instead be named the Cinema City Bar & Restaurant.
Jenny went on to explain “This made sense to us and will hopefully unify the two parts of the building in people’s minds. We will still be serving great quality food, but there will be less emphasis on fine dining and the atmosphere will be more relaxed.”
The new Bar Menu (available from 12 noon to 8:30pm Tuesday to Saturday) will feature tantalising options like the Tokyo Burger and the Buddha Bowl Burrito, while the Evening Menu (available from 5pm to 8:30pm Tuesday to Saturday) will resume later in the summer.
