Today marks the start of Love Parks Week 2017.
We’re massive fans of all our lovely Norwich parks, and use them regularly. But the one closest to our heart (because it’s on our doorstep, and because it’s fabulous) is Eaton Park.
For the park runs, the playground, the scooting, the café, the sunsets, the gardens, the wide open space to run, roam and picnic.
For the tennis, the football, the basketball, the frisbee, the sledging on even a hint of snow in winter.
For the friends we regularly meet or bump into, for the trees, for the ponds with the beautiful lilies and the cheeky heron, for the bandstand and the miniature railway.
For the wildflowers, the crazy golf, the peace, the space to see the sky.
For a little piece of heaven in the City…
We really are so very lucky to have such a wonderful green space in Norwich, and we feel grateful on a daily basis.
Here’s to you Eaton Park, and all who help to maintain you and keep you lovely ????
