Eastern Quest, a low-cost and unique way to explore Norwich.

Eastern Quest’s ‘A Stranger in Norwich’ Questo exploration game is a self-guided, app-based city quest that will see you take on the role of a 16th-century Stranger. You’ll find your way around this strange new city using the instructions provided. Players need to solve a challenge at every stop, but don’t worry, the challenges are all family-friendly and there are hints to help you.

On your travels, you’ll see the best Medieval sites in the city and you’ll discover some fascinating facts about Norwich too.

The quest starts at St Andrew’s Car Park and ends nearby, at Strangers Hall. You can even compete with other players and try to top the leader board.

A Stranger in Norwich takes around an hour without stopping, but will take a little longer with children. There are plenty of excellent places to pause for refreshments along the way too.
