Take your little monsters to intu Chapelfield’s Big Trick or Treat on Sunday 27th October and celebrate Halloween together before the spook-tacular day arrives.
For the third year running Norwich’s biggest shopping centre is bringing back it’s Big Trick or Treat. A free trail, families can pick up some sweet treats and devilish delights from intu Chapelfield’s participating retailers.
Marketing manager Sheridan Smith says “it’s always frightfully popular with families; stepping out in the dark to Trick or Treat can be a little too scary for younger ones, so we offer our Big Trick or Treat inside, in our warm, well-lit shopping centre, to ensure all the family can take part in some freakishly good Halloween fun. Stop by anytime on Sunday 27th October, collect a pumpkin bucket from our intu family club desk near Boots and give your Trick or Treat skills a test-run before All Hallow’s Eve arrives later in the week. The best bit about Halloween is, of course, fancy dress and we can’t wait to see everyone in their creepy costumes as they search the centre for treats.”
From Tuesday 29th October there will also be the chance to judge which is the most wicked pumpkin design, as carved by staff working at intu Chapelfield’s shops, cafes and restaurants.
Sheridan adds; “Every year, our stores compete for the title of Pumpkin King, carving pumpkins into some eerily fang-tastic designs. We’ve had a burger design and even a Cookie Monster carving! Come and view these devilishly detailed pumpkins and vote for the blood-curdling best design over on our Facebook page.” The creations will be on display outside Boots from Tuesday 29th to Thursday 31st October.
All intu Chapelfield’s family club events are free for members. Anyone not yet signed up can quickly join online or at the customer information desk in the centre.
