St. Giles Distillery

St. Giles Distillery is a proudly independent Norfolk-based producer, and home to the multi award winning spirits – St. Giles Gin, St. Giles Raspberry, Rhubarb and Ginger and St. Giles Divers’ Edition.

Founded in 2017 by professional diver Simon Melton, St. Giles was influenced by journeys across the world and a love of adventure. It’s unsurprising then, that these velvety spirits possess a charming medley of high quality botanicals, sourced from the four corners of the globe.

Whilst each product boasts a distinct and complex character, what marries them is an unmistakable delicate smoothness that has become synonymous with the St. Giles name. The slow and careful distillation process ensures the delicious blend of flavours is retained within the spirit, resulting in a beautifully rounded and delicate gin, perfect for taste explorers.

St. Giles’ signature spirit might have been dreamt up overseas, but it was very much born under the land of big skies and boundless coastline – Norfolk. You’ll find delicious, locally-sourced ingredients like sweet, fresh Norfolk raspberries and smooth and sumptuous sea kelp and samphire captured within.

With Norfolk truly at its heart, the St. Giles name itself is borrowed from the historic area of Norwich where Simon’s family shop is based and where St. Giles Gin was first established. Operations have since moved to the quiet countryside on the outskirts of Norwich where St. Giles Distillery is based.

For real Gin enthusiasts, the team runs tours of the distillery with a guided Gin making class using a copper pot mini still. Gin lovers are given the opportunity to name, bottle and label their own bottle of Gin. (And of course sample the selection of delicious Gins that St. Giles has to offer!)
